Kanoo Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Group of Companies, has announced the commencement of construction of the Kingdom’s latest retail and shopping destination, Boulevard 1890, with an area of more than 5,000 square meters in the heart of Seef District, which will include a multipurpose commercial complex of more than 31 shops and a number of luxury restaurants and cafes overlooking the façade of Manama.

Mohamed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau (MSCEB) has been appointed for designs, architectural drawings and the supervision of the project and constructional work, and DG Jones & Partners ME Limited has been appointed to provide quantity survey services, while JAHECON WLL was assigned as the main construction contractor for the project.
